Walking into JAC Headquarters: This Is a Test, Not a Demo. On the "Minor New Year" (Little New Year) on the Chinese lunar calendar, the partners of JAC Forklift USA visited JAC Heavy Industry Headquarters to report on and align the latest progress in the U.S. market. This was not just a technical and service-level meeting. The partners made a special trip from the U.S. back to "JAC's R&D and production frontline"—to see the trucks in person, test them, film them, and verify their performance.
On-site, we took many photos of the forklifts and recorded real driving footage. It’s only when you actually get on the truck that you realize how great lithium-ion forklifts truly are.
What the U.S. market cares about has long gone beyond just appearance and price. What we repeatedly confirmed at the headquarters were these details:
· Is it easy to operate? Is the visibility clear?
· Is the structure robust? Will its performance degrade over time?
· Are the safety designs suitable for real-world warehouse conditions?
· Is post-maintenance and servicing convenient and controllable?
The partners test-drove, compared, and communicated extensively on-site. This wasn’t about "shooting a nice video"—it was about answering one core question repeatedly asked by the team:
👉 Is this machine suitable for long-term use in American warehouses?
The conclusions after hands-on testing were straightforward:
· Lithium-ion Counterbalanced Forklift (CPD series): Simple to operate, smooth handling, almost silent, yet with solid power. Suitable for most American working environments.
· LPG + Gasoline Dual-Fuel Forklift: Strong power feel, rugged performance. Uses LPG indoors for emission reduction, and gasoline for outdoor transfer operations—a tireless "dual-fuel Hercules."
· Three-Wheel Lithium-ion Forklift: Excellent advantages in spot turns and ultra-narrow aisle operations. With two front wheels and one rear wheel, it achieves nearly 360° in-place rotation—a "space liberator" for compact warehouses. This model is currently a "true best-seller" (the blue forklift in the video).
Many things—only by getting on the machine, running a lap, and operating it yourself—can you see the difference.
The U.S. market has never been convinced by PPT presentations, but by products, details, and long-term stability.
So, the scenes you see here are not a demo—they are real-world testing.
