Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview

JAC Forklift USA is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations, including logistics coordination, inventory management, and container handling. The ideal candidate should be organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Forklift operation experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipments
• Coordinate and assist with container unloading and loading
• Maintain inventory control and warehouse organization
• Operate or assist with forklifts and material handling equipment when needed
• Ensure warehouse safety and efficiency
• Work with the operations and sales teams to prepare equipment for delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Experience with container loading/unloading preferred
• Mechanical background preferred
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• English speaking preferred

Assistant to the General Manager

• Location: Carlstadt, New Jersey
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Style: On-site (Showroom + Office)

The Role:
This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. We are looking for some one who can understand the business, communicate clearly and help move things forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager with daily operations and coordination Track tasks and and follow up to ensure execution (not just reminders) Support sales activities, including quotations and client follow-ups Participate in client and dealer meetings and assist AI tools Support showroom operations, equipment display and customer visits Coordinate internal and external communications as needed

What We're Looking For
• Bilingual in English and Chinese - required
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Expertise in presentation and support business development
• Insights into marketing and sales as well as basic AI tools

Nice to Have (preferred, not required)：
• Marketing, social media or AI tool experience
• Interest or background in industrial equipment or machinery
• Sales support, client coordination or project support experience

Sales Representative
Full-Time and Part Time Roles Available

The Role:
We're looking for B2B Sales Representatives who can clearly explain products, present solutions, and build long-term client relationships. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
