How do I choose the right load capacity?+
Start with your heaviest load, then include its dimensions, load center, lift height and any attachments. A published capacity alone does not establish safe capacity for your application. JAC will confirm the right configuration.
Can I compare lithium electric and IC options?+
Yes. Add up to three series to compare, then include your preferred options in an inquiry. For lithium equipment, share your shift pattern and available charging supply. Ask the team about LPG-only configurations if needed.
How does the smart selector work?+
This prototype uses transparent catalog filters and local rules to interpret common requirement phrases and prepare a brief. It does not use a live AI model. It identifies starting points and missing details; JAC reviews the final specification.
Does this prototype send my inquiry?+
No. It creates a reviewable inquiry draft in your browser. You can copy, download or open it in your email app. Nothing is sent automatically, and no live inventory, pricing or CRM connection is implied.
