The Second Batch of LPG Forklifts Officially Sets Sail for the U.S.
📦 Shortly after the first batch of forklifts was loaded onto the ship, the second batch of LPG forklifts has also officially set sail. From factory delivery, customs declaration, sea freight, to clearance at the Port of New York, and then overland transport into the warehouse — the entire process has now been fully executed locally in the United States.
For an overseas company still in its early stages, this is more than just a shipment — it's a true "full-chain landing" in the real sense.
🚢 CIF, Customs Clearance, Logistics—A Real-World Lesson in Entrepreneurship. Many people only see that "the forklifts have arrived," but what we deal with every day includes:
· Line-by-line verification of customs documents
· Coordination between clearance timelines and port resources
· Precise control over trucking, unloading, and warehousing schedules
· Tracking each unit’s model, configuration, and destination in the system
These details may not be glamorous,
but they determine whether a company can achieve "stable delivery and sustainable operations."
🏢 Beyond the Warehouse: Office and Work Environment Matter Too
While waiting for shipping schedules, work on the office space has also been progressing:
· Selection of carpets and curtains that balance durability with comfort
· Design and procurement of smart office furniture
· Thoughtful layout of work areas, meeting spaces, and collaboration zones
A good office environment isn't just about "looking good" — it's about enabling the team to work effectively, comfortably, and with peace of mind for the long term.
🔧 Service Systems and Parts Inventory: Built from the Start
Before the equipment even arrives, we’ve been working on another "invisible but more important" task:
building out the service system and spare parts inventory.
· Planning inventory for common wear parts and key components in advance
· Establishing clear mapping between equipment models and corresponding parts
· Internally testing service processes and response protocols
· Preparing Buyer Financing Options
These are things we cannot afford to wait on until the first machine breaks down.
✅ Compliance: A Bottom Line We've Internalized from Day One
From company structure and employment arrangements
to import/export procedures and service liability boundaries,
we have consistently adhered to: 100% compliance with U.S. laws.
We prefer to:
Move a little slower, but stay on the right path—
rather than move fast and leave hidden risks behind.
