ORDERING / DELIVERY / SUPPORT

A few answers.
A clearer next step.

Planning a purchase or checking a configuration?
Start with the questions customers ask most.

How long does a made-to-order or customized forklift take to reach my warehouse?

Plan on approximately three months once the model, specifications and all customization requirements are confirmed. The typical schedule is about 45 days for factory production, plus about 45 days for ocean freight and customs clearance. Our team will confirm the delivery plan for your warehouse and ZIP code. Production scheduling, shipping, customs and inland transportation can affect the final date.

Can equipment from your U.S. warehouse be delivered the next day?

For confirmed warehouse stock, local delivery may be possible as early as the next business day after a proper pre-delivery inspection (PDI) is completed and delivery arrangements are confirmed. Timing depends on your location, the truck’s readiness and the delivery route. Tell us your ZIP code and preferred warehouse so we can confirm a realistic date. New Jersey is our current warehouse; California inventory and local delivery will be available when the Ontario location is operational.

What is a PDI?

PDI means pre-delivery inspection. It is the inspection and preparation completed before a truck is handed over for delivery. Our team can explain the inspection and handover information for your equipment, along with the delivery arrangements.

Do gasoline/LPG forklifts meet U.S. emissions requirements?

Emissions compliance is checked for the specific engine, model year and destination—not simply the forklift’s model name. Before confirming an order, ask our team to review the proposed gasoline/LPG configuration and its applicable engine emissions label and certification documentation. Please include your delivery ZIP code. California requirements are reviewed separately for the equipment and operation involved.

Do you offer lead-acid electric forklifts?

Our U.S. electric lineup focuses on lithium-electric equipment. We do not import lead-acid traction-battery forklifts. Share your shift pattern, charging opportunities and site power so our team can discuss a suitable truck, battery and charger configuration.

What information helps you recommend the right forklift?

Tell us your heaviest load in pounds, load dimensions, required lift height, doorway clearance, aisle width, indoor or outdoor use, shift pattern, quantity and delivery ZIP code. If you use an attachment or handle unusually shaped loads, include that information. Photos of the load and work area can also help us review the application.

How do I request replacement parts or service support?

Start with the truck model and serial number, a description of the part or issue, the quantity needed and clear photos of the component and data plate. Use Parts & Service to prepare a request, or contact our U.S. team. We will review the identification, fitment, source location and availability before confirming the next step.
